Refund policy
At Maxcore, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The item was delivered damaged
The item received is incorrect
The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
The return request must be made within [7] days of delivery
Proof of purchase (order ID) must be provided
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used products
Items damaged due to misuse
Products without original packaging
Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Share your Order ID and clear photos of the product
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
Refusal of COD orders at delivery may result in restriction of future orders
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.
We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
